Dee is an editor with 15-plus years of experience who works creatively and cooperatively under pressure and with precision. He can edit anything -- all manner of marketing communications, websites, periodicals, books, etc. -- no matter what the industry. He also is well-versed in the editorial style guides published by the American Medical Association, University of Chicago, Associated Press, and Wall Street Journal, along with such references as Mosby’s Medical Dictionary. Perhaps one of his proudest moments is when his bosses at Dow Jones Newswires, The Wall Street Journal's wire service, commended him for editing with perfect accuracy at a speed that frequently beat competitors.
Dee's freelance projects include editing sales collateral, research documents, and internal communications for Toyota, Sony, Comcast, and Verizon. Additionally, he has taken on such larger projects as managing the entire editorial process at Compendium of Continuing Education in Dentistry, one of the most respected journals for oral health professionals. He studied journalism at the University of Missouri, has an MBA from San Jose State University, and lives in the Philadelphia area with his wife and their two extremely cute little daughters.
